Having completed advanced implant training through the International Congress of Oral Implantology, Dr. Berger has been recognized as a Fellow of the ICOI.
Born in Alaska and raised in New York, Dr. Berger has lived all across the country. He met his fiancee in Eugene and is now proud to have finally settled down in Portland. They have 2 dogs and spend most of their free time with them on hikes.
Dr. Berger attended Columbia University in New York City, which is where he first saw the life changing impact dental implants have on patients. His clinical interest became more focused on rehabilitation and implantology, taking continuing education that focused on complex reconstructions with dental implants. He has helped hundreds of patients along their journey to a new, healthy smile.
With Dr. Berger's extensive surgical and restorative experience, he later served as a mentor for other budding implants dentists and helped guide them through their own journey. During his time as a clinical mentor, Dr. Berger traveled for oversight of surgery and provided guidance to help achieve ideal outcomes for more patients.

Meet Milo “Smile-O” Tolbert, the four-legged heart of Smile Now Reno Dentures and Implants! Milo is a lovable cocker spaniel and mini poodle mix who belongs to Dr. Tyler J. Tolbert, DMD, FICOI, and his wife, Raina Tolbert. Known around the office for his wagging tail, joyful spirit, and toothy grin, Milo lives up to his nickname by spreading smiles wherever he goes.
As our honorary Chief Morale Officer, Milo brings comfort and cheer to the team and patients alike. Whether he's making surprise visits, showing off his tricks, or simply being adorable in the waiting room, Milo reminds us all that a great smile (and a little tail wag) goes a long way.
